JW PLayer Logo

I am using the free JW Player. The logo is now so large that it has distorted the player I have. For example, http://www.fcps.edu/fairfaxnetwork/mta/nobleman.html. I don't mind the JW Player but I do need to resize back to where it was before this new version. Please help. Thank you.

How large is our logo showing up for you? I went to your test page and the logo was 50 px high, which is the normal size.

It certainly is large and obtrusive, but I'm not sure what you mean about "distorting the player."

You are using several attributes incorrectly, or that don't exist in JW6:

flashplayer: unnecessary, and it's pointing to the obsolete JW5 Flash file, to boot.

id: doesn't exist.

playlist.position: doesn't exist (see "listbar," instead).

playlist.size: doesn't exist (ditto).

controlbar: doesn't exist.

repeat: can be only true or false.

Please see the embedding guide, starting here:

And BTW, with an annual budget of $2.5 billion (yes, folks, that's billion, with a "b"), FCPS should be able to spring for a license. Just sayin'.

For example, at http://www.fcps.edu/fairfaxnetwork/mount_vernon/fractured_union_slavery/index.html you can see the size of the logo. I would like to make the JWPlayer logo smaller, if possible.

With the Free license, our watermark is always going to be 50 pixels high regardless of the size of the player. E-mail us at support@jwplayer.com and I will send you the educational discount if you are interested in upgrading to the Pro player in order to remove the watermark.
