I've got a really strange thing happening with my video in IE10. The audio is playing and if you pause the video you can see a portion of the video in the "play" button in the center of the player.
You can also view the video in full screen.

I also see that you're specifying Flash as the primary, so see if updating Flash on your PC helps, or get rid of that, and let HTML5 video do its thing.

Yeah, it runs in IE10 for me as well.
