Free player issue

I have uploaded my videos to your cloud and the playback on IE11 is missing the border frame so the video is not playing in fullscreen. The video plays fine in Chrome and Firefox. Also the option to expand the frame does not work.

I only uploaded the free version to show my Supervisor how cool your service is... but if the free version does not function properly I will have a really hard time selling your annual subscription to him.

The free version is identical to the various paid versions. The paid versions simply unlock more capabilities, like running ads, placing your own logo on the video, and so on. But the basic functions are exactly the same.
