I am a free member hosting my videos on aws I installed several videos and all played correctly.
Today however...
All of my videos are not showing the video only black screen and sound.
Just noticed it today 8-2-14

Firebug gives me the following error:
Media resource https://s3.amazonaws.com/EMarr4968_2511/mmm/vol-01-b-wmvo_0001.mp4 could not be decoded.
In fact, if I go to the file directly in Firefox – https://s3.amazonaws.com/EMarr4968_2511/mmm/vol-01-b-wmvo_0001.mp4
I get an error that the media file is corrupt.
How did you encode these?

That is very interesting because when I copy and paste the link into my browser the video play correctly for me.

I am using firefox newest update.
Encoding was done using your WP Plugin using 3.9.1 now updated to 3.9.2
Also used your publish program inside your site and those videos have the same issue.

Now I just found out in the image below cap-3 is the second video in the playlist it plays correctly.

All the videos from the playlist view correctly except the first one which shows a black screen.

I am trying to do the encoding thru VLC Media Player
Looking to convert mp4 to streaming here is were I get stuck;
Looking inside the VLC Media Player select streaming add
my video.mp4 select convert, choose video codec H.264, audio codec MPEG 4 Audio (AAC), Bitrate 128 kb/s, Channels 1, Sample Rate 44100 hz
looking for Video - H.264 + AAC (MP4) but the closest I get is
Video - H.264 + MP3 (MP4)
When I click start to convert to streaming I get an error message like this;
Streaming / Transcoding failed:
VLC could not open the encoder.
Video converts but has no sound...???
Is this enough information for you to help me figure this out?

I would recommend re encoding using – http://handbrake.fr/
Use default settings + web optimized.
