how to disable seek bar without changing the skin

Hello, I want to make the user unable too seek, but i still want to show the control bar. I read that this can be done by changing the skin. Is there a way to do this by not changing the skin?

You need to make a custom skin if you want that element actually hidden.

Thank you, if i don't want to make the element hidden, just disable this functionality of seeking, is there a property for this?
