FireFox Mac (Flash) video not playing correctly

We using JWPlayer to serve video content for our clients. Works great, except a few videos do not play correctly in FireFox on a Mac (Flash), but play perfectly fine in other OS / Browser combos (html5).

This is very repeatable across several Mac machines, including my own. I can verify that the flash plugin is installed and enabled on my FireFox browser: Shockwave Flash 14.0.0.145
