Streaming issues

Hi,
i have a WMV file that cannot be played. I used Roxio Video Edit and Convert to convert it to MP4. When trying to stream it from my site, i got audio but no video.
Thinking it was a conversion issue, i then used AVCONV on my linux box to convert it to h264.
Now i have a video but it does not stream - it tries to download the whole video before playing.
Can someone either tell me what i did wrong, or recommend a program that i can use to get reliable video streaming on my Ubuntu box?

I just downloaded your video and checked the encoding, it is encoded as MPEG-4, not H.264.
