empty adparameters node

Hi,

we have now integrated 6.9 and it fixes all previous bugs, thank you for this release.
We have a new bug : with a vast file with empty adparameter node, the player triggers an error and doesn't play the ad

Object {message: "Cannot call method 'toLowerCase' of null", code: 900, tag: "test/vast_example_2.xml"}

If I completely remove the node, it works, but for many reasons we can't remove this node.
