"'setSampleFrequency' error on Iexplorer 9

Hi,
When viewing a web page with an embeded JWplayer in iExplorer 9 i get the following error:

Mensaje de error: El objeto no acepta la propiedad o el método 'setSampleFrequency'
URL: http://p.jwpcdn.com/6/jwpsrv_frq.js

Wich indicates "Object doesn´t support property or method 'setSampleFrequency'. As far as i can tell that js is only one line that reads... 'jwplayer.jwpsrv.setSampleFrequency(0.0001);'

Any idea of what might be going on?.
Thanks

We are aware of this issue and are looking into it. These console errors should not be affecting the usability of the player, however. :)

I have the same problem. Is there any other way to avoid this?

We are working on a solution on our end. At this time, we don’t yet have a workaround. If there are any updates, we will be happy to let you know.

@Andrew: I dont know if this particular bug is causing the problem but on IE9, my video window becomes too small. And that definitely does affect the usability of player. In my console, i get the same "setSampleFrequency' error. Can you please suggest any workaround? I dont care if this error keeps on showing but I do need my video to be full width (responsive).
Thanks !

This is not related to the appearance of your player, so I would like to see the page in question. This may be related to the styling of media on the page. If you set the player default rendering mode to Flash, is the issue still happening?

No, this doesn't happen when using primary player to be flash. Only happens when primary player attribute is not defined and it uses default (which is html5 player). I can confirm that this error is because of html5 player rendering. I don't get any errors when using primary to be flash player.

How it effects the player? When the video is played, the video window size becomes too small whereas subtitles and entire frame stays the same standard size (100% width).

Console Output:
SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'setSampleFrequency'

jwpsrv_frq.js, line 1 character 1

Actually Ive found the problem. On IE9 (windows 7), if you use html5 player, it plays the video with dimensions that the video file actually has. Since my video file was small in dimensions, i thought the window was too small. But then i tried your sample page (demo.jwplayer.com/homepage/) on Windows 7 IE9 and experienced same results. Your demo player also has same issues. When played in IE9, it doesn't fit the video to jw player but keeps the video's original dimensions; and you can notice that even your sample video doesn't fit the jwplayer window. Upon your earlier request, Ive also uploaded my video player with video that I am using for testing. Please test on IE9+ for html5 player and you will notice quite a lot of issues. Again, I would like to clarify that what ever I said applies only to HTML5 player. Flash player from jwplayer works flawlessly.

IE 10, same issue that I was having with my player, again found in your demo page as well. On IE10, Windows 7, if you load your page and click the centred big play button, the video will load at 00:00 (beginning of video) but wont play unless you click somewhere in scroll bar. As mentioned earlier, this issue was also addressed using HTML5 player only and with file format MP4. Following link can be used to view the demo I am working on.
