Vimeo HLS in JW Player 6.8

I'm having trouble getting an HLS stream from Vimeo to play on all browsers either with or without Flash - even when I use an .mp4 fallback Safari (with Flash installed) fails to load the HLS file and won't then switch to the .mp4 - Safari without Flash installed seems to take the HLS without a problem.

Are HLS streams from Vimeo fully supported? Can anyone give me the example code to get the fallback to work properly?

ps, I have a JW Player Premium account and Vimeo Pro account so that shouldn't be the issue.

HLS streams from Vimeo are not yet supported, because Vimeo uses 302 re-directs, which is something we do not currently support in HLS.
