how do i calculate real time used bytes (first time buffered/downloaded bytes) for streaming.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have Premium JW Player Edition.

I integrated JW Player in my Application. my application is hosted on AWS Web Server. my media files are inside the Amazon S3 bucket. and i am accessing the media file through Amazon cloud front. and using jw player to play my media files.

My application charged to my customer according to streaming used for playing a video /audio file.
Can you please let me know how can i found the used bytes (new buffered/downloaded video/audio bytes) in JW Player at real time ?. So i can charge my customer according to their used bytes.

I also take help to Amazon support but they asked to get information from amazon log file. But i can not get the log file at real time for current playing video. also extracting information from a lot of log files is very tricky. So can you let me know suggestion so i can found this via JW player.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

We don’t have bandwidth monitoring available via our player API. The best way to calculate this would indeed be via your server logs. This would be the most sure-fire way to ensure that this data usage would be correct, also.
