Videos stop playing mid stream

A couple years ago I created a web site www.clearviewtv3.com with videos using the JW player 4.6.450 with multiple playlists. This is a non-commercial web site run by a non-profit.
Last year I created a new page under "cellphones" using the JW player 6.8.4616 for the cell phone and tablet users. Everything has worked great until about a week ago.

Now, none of my videos will play completely. Although they appear to load properly and show the correct video length, they stop at random times, usually about 25% through. Many of these older videos have worked perfectly for some time until now.
I've changed nothing on my site. The problem seems to occur with different browsers and different ISP's.
It also occurs with both versions of the JW player.

My hosting provider (Godaddy) was able replicate the problem and said the solution was to purchase some extra storage (from them), which I did. Using the extra storage folders, I am able to create a "public link" to my stored mp4 files like this: https://files.secureserver.net/0sQdu4ZDbSBIJ9

To my dismay, when I insert this new link into my playlists, it does not even show up as a selection. I would appreciate any help on these issues.

Just tried 6-11-14 Wakefield Selectmens mtg (3x)
Buffer indicates loading until about 20 mins, then buffer indicator jumps to the end quickly. However, the video will not play past 20 mins.
Apparently this is a peril of trying to host these large files on my own web site. It's worked until now but it may be time for a change.

Any idea why the "public link" does not show up in my playlist.
Look at source, 4th item, labeled :
"5-28-14 Paul School 4th grade Wizard of Oz performance "

Yes, so what is happening is that you might have exceeded the file size that GoDaddy allow for.

GoDaddy is a pretty good domain registrar, but a terrible web host. Time to move on. Take your pick:
