Uncertain behavior of vedio on IE, Chorme & Firefox Browser

Hi,

We create new JW6 player, using this player we create video script which is used on below URL page:

http://dev-www.parkbankonline.zeondemo.com/why/testimonials?vid={AC233EB6-91BC-4B62-874F-DF2070E17271}

When we open this URl on different browser, we found below issue:
1) On IE 10 browser UI of the Video is completely disturbing.
2) On Firefox, chrome, IE11 and IE9 browser its show error on video: "Error loading stream: Manifest not found or invalid".

Also found in some machine same video mention in above url is working fine in Firefox, chrome, IE11 and IE9. ( uncertain behavior of video on IE , chrome & Firefox depends on machines).

Note: we have used latest version of chrome & Firefox browser.

Please help us to resolve these issue.

Thanks in Advance,

Hi,

Can you try setting Flash as a primary here? Also, if you set up the player in a standalone environment, are you still seeing any of these issues?

Hi,

Can you please explain in detail, as we are not getting what is mean by "setting Flash as a primary" .

As we have identified in js file (provided in js script from bits on run) that the primary source is set on "Flash". Refer image "setting_Flash_as_a_primary.jpg" from google driver:

https://drive.google.com/a/zeonsolutions.com/?tab=mo#folders/0B4a8KznSbOqaanNmZ3ZHdDBVMUE

Also we have created "test.html" on local machine with only video script inserted into the same file and open the file on browser (firefox and chrome) it show error "Error loading player: could not load player configuration".

Check "test.html" file and error image "error_screen_shot .jpg" in same google drive folder.

Hi,

I’m not seeing an issue. To be clear, are you currently up to date with your Flash player version? Likewise, are you behind any sort of firewall here? In order for RTMP to work properly, port 1935 must be fully open.
