Video but no audio

Hi,

I have a problem with the player, I'm triing to play a.mp4 file that works on my pc (windows media player and VLC) but in the jwplayer the audio works but the video does not (shows black screen)

The page when I'm testing is:

The man that provides me the videos said that they are encoding with H264

It's always the same advice: run your video through Handbrake with the default options, plus check "Web optimized." Almost guaranteed to fix this problem, and it's free:

It's almost magic - Handbrake seems to be able to fix all sorts of weird problems. :)
