Cant scrub/seek files

I am trying to create a player for my website that allows it to seek through a song, however files that come through my download system arent seekable, however actual files (that arent generated) work fine.

Could someone have a look at this test page and tell me why its not working?

I initially thought it may be because my download system was not inserting the MIME type into the headers, however I have modified the script and I am still getting the same issue.

Seeking works fine for me on the 2nd player. Using FF29, Win7.

Hmm I'm using Chrome 35 on OS X here, and it wasn't working for me.
I have added Content-Range headers to generated link however and it does seem to be able to seek.. but only one way...

Say I start the track, then immediately skip to 1:00, and then try and go back to 0:05 the play will just stop playing the track all together.

Again, seeking works fine for me, but I am using Windows.
