How can I put a div over a YouTube video?

Hello! I'm developing a web site with a div fixed to the bottom of the screen, with z-index:100, but when I embed a YouTube video with JW Player, the video appears over the div, making it dissapear. I don't know what to do. I've tried to change the "wmode" parameter of the player, but I'm not sure if it's available for the latest versions of it.
