Cancel Subscription


I would like to cancel my subscription to JW Player Pro.

There is a cancel subscription button within my account, but this just opens up my email client with the following email address as the recipient: jwplayerupgrades@jwplayer.com

I emailed jwplayerupgrades@jwplayer.com on the 28th of April to try and get this taken care of, but did not receive a reply.

I would appreciate it if my request could be facilitated a.s.a.p

I had the same problem. I emailed them but got no reply. They have now started the process of taking money out of my account (its in translation). I've emailed support, if I don't hear from them before the money is removed I'll report it as fraud.

I've had the same issue. Contacted them via their jwplayerupgrades@jwplayer.com email address (that was provided via their cancel subscription button) and canceled last week. Yet today they still billed us.

Thank you all for bringing this to our attention. Apparently there is an error with the redirect on the jwplayerupgrades@jwplayer.com inbox, so we never received your initial requests. We’ll get this fixed ASAP and I will manually cancel your accounts today. If a charge was made to your credit card, I will be sure to refund your money.
