Flash uses 100% CPU when loading JWPlayer

We have the ad version of JW Player embedded on our website to live stream webcams.

Since today, JW Player causes the flash plugin to use 100% CPU when loaded. The player requests playlist.m3u8 and shortly after chunklist.m3u8 but then it takes ~30 seconds until the first media file is loaded.

This happens on Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

This is a minimalized test page without ads and other scripting. Autoplay is disabled, so you have to click the play symbol to start the player.

We are using Wowza Streaming Engine 4.0.

How is your m3u8 being encoded? I get a Flash crash immediately when I press play.

Nothing special...

It seems like after this file is loaded, it crashes Flash – http://stream.novascotiawebcams.com/mxpeg/peggyscove/chunklist_w1074403944_DVR.m3u8

Apparently, the chunk list is huge. Not sure yet why this happens. Looks like it's more a Wowza issue than anything else.
