Google Analytics not recording events

I consulted with my web developer on this it appears that Google Analytics events are not firing as they should for my player. He setup a test player at

In march I upgraded from standard to premium. Is it possible that somehow I did not get access to the GA integration with my license number? Or maybe I did something wrong.

I accidtentally used the non-supported universal script on a different page. Could that cause anything?

I received my answer via email support. I was using the former pro license and needed to enter the premium license key. It works now.
