Stuck on 'Loading Ad...'

When an ad fails to load, "sometimes" the video never plays, but gets stuck at "Loading Ad...". I cannot confirm this on my end, but multiple users have reported this issue to me.

The users who are having the problem live outside of the US. This could be why an ad isn't available for them. But, when ad isn't available for me (I'm in the US), the video still plays fine.

I have a waterfall of tags set up. There could one tag which is not sending the proper response to the player.
You can see the tags here: http://tiny.cc/myxzex

Is there a way I can set a timeout on the 'Loading Ad...'?

Here are some errors from the log from the users who are having the problem:

That actually would happen due to a cors issue.

I now have had this issue occur for myself (before it was just other people).

This is the error:
"Uncaught error: SecurityError: Error #2059
Use debug flash player to get full trace."

It is being caused by the http://ima3vpaid.appspot.com tag. This tag is from Longtail (you guys).

When this occurs, the player is stuck in 'Loading ad' mode.

Here is the full tag for you to test with:
http://ima3vpaid.appspot.com/?adTagUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fgoogleads.g.doubleclick.net%2Fpagead%2Fads%3Fclient%3Dca-video-pub-5760410923284845%26slotname%3Dgameanyone.com%26ad_type%3Dvideo%26description_url%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fgameanyone.com%26max_ad_duration%3D30000%26sdmax%3D120000%26videoad_start_delay%3D0%26hl%3Den

I just tested this tag in our own ad tester and using both vast and googima, the ad fails, content plays. Please email us directly for examples.

After removing your tag from our waterfall, users confirm that the videos work now.

It doesn't matter what the tester does - in production, this tag makes videos unplayable for some people.

There may be one ad in the mix that is causing the problems. I don't think it triggers onAdError(), as it seemingly crashes the player.

If you would like to see the example of this test, please email us, we can create a waterfalled example as well.

Of course your test is saying there is nothing wrong. The issue is intermittent.

It would be great if you could consider looking into it, or advise on how I can provide you with the info you need, so that it can be fixed.

How often does it happen? I still can’t get it to happen on your link, though.

I only had it happen to me once (of 200+ views) - however, since removing that tag from my waterfall, many people are reporting that the videos are now working, when before many people had issues.

This is always the error in the console:
Uncaught error: SecurityError: Error #2059
Use debug flash player to get full trace.

I would download the Flash debug player, it will give you the entire error.
