How to define which playlist file is HD

I'm embedding two versions (Low/High) of MP4 and also HLS. This gives a single HD button to toggle between if HLS is used or MP4.

The question is how do we determine which playlist item is HD? Right now it's showing HD when hd is not selected.

For MP4 it should be the 2nd item – http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1428524-hd-quality-toggling

For HLS this is done with an m3u8 manifest – http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1430240-hls-adaptive-streaming
