JW Player not working in Chrome or FF

The player was working earlier this week and when I tried to view the videos in both Chrome 22 and Firefox 15 all I get is a black screen. I tried dumping the cache, restarting the browser, restarting the comp, upgrading flash player. Seems to work fine in Safari. site: mysmallfactory.com Thanks in advance.

No, it still isn't working for me. Is it possible it is my ISP? Or a new preference in FF & Chrome?

Hm, have you have others check? Maybe it is computer specific?

This works for me, but I would recommend updating from 4.6 to something newer.

Same issue...However, I can get it working in Chrome after disabling the latest Shockwave Flash plugin:

1. Open Chrome
2. Go to: chrome://plugins/
3. Click the "+ Details" icon at the top right
4. I had two Shockwave plugins listed (v.10,0,2,54 and v.11.5.31.137)
5. Disabled the top one (v.11.5.31.137)
6. Reloaded the page that contains the JW player
7. Chrome tells me that Shockwave is out of date.
8. Click the "Run This Time" button.
9. Click the Play button...and it works.

The problem is with the newest Shockwave update as everything was working fine previously.
