Caption Plugin with JW Player Plugin for WordPress

Hello guys,

I install the JW Player Plugin for WordPress in a website (http://grupofiger.com.br/es) and it works very fine.
But this website has 3 languages and I would like to use the Caption plugin to solve this issue with my video.

So, I applied this shortcode to my page:
[jwplayer image="http://www.grupofiger.com.br/wp-content/themes/figerTheme/images/imgTest.jpg" file="http://www.grupofiger.com.br/wp-content/uploads/figer.flv" width="923" height="453" plugins="captions-2.0" captions.file="http://www.grupofiger.com.br/wp-content/uploads/espanhol.srt"]

I receive the error #2048 as you can see here: http://grupofiger.com.br/es

I'm using JW Player 5.7.1896, WordPress 3.2.1.
I also tried plugins="captions-1", plugins="captions-2", but this options even returned an error.

I will appreciate some help.

You need a crossdomain.xml file here – http://www.grupofiger.com.br/crossdomain.xml

Great Ethan, Thanks for the answer.
I made a crossdomain file as you said.
Like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<cross-domain-policy>
<allow-access-from domain="*.longtailvideo.com" />
</cross-domain-policy>

But the error just change for #2032.
What can be now?

I also saw that are some comments about this error in the forum, but I could not find a solution.

No man. Unfortunately I didn't fixed. For me is not working.
As I told you, the error is there.

At this video http://grupofiger.com.br/en I have this:
captions.file="http://www.grupofiger.com.br/wp-content/uploads/english.srt"
It gives me a #2048 error. (here I think the path is not necessary)

At this other http://grupofiger.com.br/es I have just this:
captions.file="espanhol.srt"
It gives me a #2032 error.

At the plugin setup I put this path:http://grupofiger.com.br/wp-content/uploads

And the crossdomain file its there like this:

<cross-domain-policy>
<allow-access-from domain="plugins.longtailvideo.com" />
</cross-domain-policy>

What can be the problem?

http://grupofiger.com.br/es does not have the Captions plugin running at all now…
