High latency

Hi,

I have an e-learning portal and some of my clients are experiencing high latency when watching videos. Most of the access come from Brazil (we are a company hosted in Brazil).

Is it possible for me to know where the videos we are trying to access are? I tried myself to do a trace route and realized that I my connection is going through the US! I was wondering if I (and my clients) could access the videos through your CDN from somewhere nearer than the US.

Player embed codes (which are generated dynamically) are hosted from the US. The actual videos are distributed by a CDN that has a Point of Presence in So Paulo. We are looking into some options to use the CDN to cache dynamic content on cache servers too, but this is not there yet unfortunately.
