i'm using wordpress and I'm VERY new but i am trying to use Handbrake i followed the guide but my site just wont play the Handbrake video the original file plays just fine.

the top video plays just fine the 2st one is the Handbrake file.
The video isn't there: 404 - Not found. The script is expecting to find it here:

thanks but that is where the video is i have tryed it on about 10 videos. im uploading them all the same way and posting them the same way just the ones i use handbrake on say file not found.
Do I actually need to post a screenshot of the error message in the browser's console?

yes i believe you im just saying i don't know why. All the videos i am uploading i did all the same way i know I'm doing something wrong i just don't know what.

how i am adding the video files is by going to my post - add media - pick video out of media library - insert with jw player.

picture 2 files in the Media Library tab
picture 3 the post where i added the videos
picture 4 a normal video file that will play just fine
picture 5 a handbrake video that wont play
like i said I'm sure I'm doing this so wrong.

You've entered the code on the page as:
*All-Dressed-Up-Promotestb3.mp4*
Not the same, are they?
(Is it just my imagination, or are most JW Player customers using it to show cheap, crappy porn, promos for useless dietary supplements or similar health scams, or stuff about Jeebus?)
i never entered the code or typed a name i used the menus to select the video. the noob way lol
BUT you did fix my problem! i remember reading somewhere you can't have spaces in your names! and that's what it was i deleted the space with FTP and now it works!
and for your question yea kinda lol. my wife is a cam model and cam sites only pay 35%-50%
she wants a member site where people pay a fee and can watch her videos ect. but it looks like I'm gonna end up paying someone to build it for me because i just have no clue what im doing.
