Weird! What OS / Browser are you using?
On Win7, I see the same thing in FF28 and IE11. Chrome34 is OK.
On OSX 10.9.2, Chrome and Safari are OK. FF28 is also broken, but in a slightly different way:

Found the culprit: I'm getting an intermittent "503 - Service unavailable" on this link on the page:
https://account.jwplayer.com/app/snapshot
When that happens, no graph. A refresh sometimes cures it.

That's the same kind of error I sometimes get in the forums, BTW. I think you've still got some fundamental server configuration issues.
