External Media not uploading

I am trying to embed a YouTube video into a site using the JW Player. I have done this successfully before with an earlier release. But now when I try to insert using the short code I just see the shortcode on the site but no video. I have tried in Text mode.

When I go to the link for one of the videos: http://messengermovies.com/wp-content/uploads/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDYdMhU1DVU

it says Page not Found so I'm thinking the videos are not uploading or linking properly.

Do you have any other wp plugins installed? Have you tried with the default web as well?

I have tried it with all other plugins turned off and no luck. The only plugin that works is YouTube shortcode but it doesn't have all the features.
