Error loading file could not be found

I'm getting the "error loading file could not be found" in both IE and Firefox. The video runs fine with Chrome and on my Android. www.predict-it.com

It's a QuickTime video (MOV). Convert it to an MP4. Use HandBrake, default settings plus check "Web optimized."

Then make sure that your server puts the correct MIME type on it (video/mp4).
