Can you update to 6.8? – http://account.longtailvideo.com/

I updated to 6.8, the problem was not resolved on one of our computers, but another works fine.

The system is same: Win7 professional with sp1 64bit, IE11, flash 12.0.0.44.

I would try converting the FLV video to MP4, and getting rid of primary: "flash".

Maybe years later, but not now.
Not all browsers support html5 at this time.

Hilly, I think you're confused about how JW Player works.

If you provide just an MP4, and don't specify a "primary," the player will use native HTML5 if the browser supports it, and will automatically fall back to Flash if it doesn't. You don't need to "tell" JW Player how to do that - it's built into the script.

But if you serve an FLV, Flash is absolutely required. It won't be playable on a mobile device at all, no matter what script you're using.

Simplest approach: use MP4 all the time, and nothing else. Let JW Player choose the playback mode that's supported.

You really just need MP4 only now.

Thank you all. I believe you are right.
I'll try to convince my boss to do so.
