I am trying to add jw player in iFrame and to use fullscreen outside iframe, but fullscreen is working only in iFrame. Is there any way to make real fullscreen outside iFrame? I have placed "allowFullScreen" attribute on iFrame but it doesn't help at all.
Can you please give me some advice how I can use real full screen with html5 playback.

Here is some, I think, helpful information for you https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/fullscreen/raw-file/tip/Overview.html
I think, in fact believe, the issue lies with IE10 as it does have issues when IE10 in in standard mode. Have you tried the IE10 'quirks' mode a new feature in IE10?
I would avoid using the flashmode of the JWPlayer, the html5mode works great. I exclusively use the html5mode on my web site with three exceptions in examples that are remnants of my old flash web site. With them I use the object engine of HTML5 to display flash.
I wonder IF you (a) style your iframe as relative and (b) it a high z-index would solve your issue.
There is another way to achieve what you or trying to accomplish and that is to use Robert Nyman, technical evangelist at Mozilla and editor of Mozilla hacks.
I had initially used his method for my web site but discovered two issues namely, vertical centering and loading additional content into the iframe.
Both were resolved and now you are able to view my web site as previously mentioned in either fullscreen and normal screen.
Currently, the behaviour of HTML5 fullscreen in an iframe is inconsistent and depends upon the browser. We’ll look into this and either ensure fullscreen is 100% supported or the FS button is not showing:
