The site is down for more than an hour, and there isn't any news neither on twitter nor this forum. As a costumer, i'd like to know what is happening

Indeed! Just had a client call to say their videos aren't showing. Checked their website - no videos! Can't get access to BOTR control panel either!

Can we have a system update please!

Yep we are experiencing the same problem. It's been down for around 3 hours - and we are getting no stats on all our video content. Would be great to hear what's going on.

We also see BOTR down (no videos or dashboard). We have e-mailed but no response. Nothing on Twitter either https://twitter.com/bitsontherun. Does anyone have a telephone number?

We’re currently working with our datacenter vendor to get more info on what’s going on and ETA on the fix.

We’re back up by now. In total, our outage lasted 2.5 hours.

We’re waiting for a post-mortem on what went wrong with our datacenter. When we know what went wrong, we can do work to mitigate these issues.
