Wowza Audio-Only & JW6

Wowza has an audio-only stream it can create on the fly:

And this is showing in the HD quality menu as 0kbps. When selected, it continues to show the lowest bitrate.

And I did try removing it from the Wowza SMIL and it went away, so I'm fairly sure that's the cause. Not sure if you want to simply remove/ignore it in the menu, or try to do an audio-only stream.

We should be filtering the audio-only stream out of the selection menu for 6.1, due early december…
