It's against Youtube TOS. You should consider not removing it.

Hello everyone,
also wanted to hide the youtube logo.
It is a curiosity as to achieve this, while there is a page that if he can hide the logo with JW Player, the page is www.iblups.com

The website http://www.iblups.com is "kind of" cheating by using large (16/9) videos...
With wide screen videos, the YouTube logo is displayed on the bottom (right) black bar. Then the stretching setting is forced to "fill".
If you don't understand what I explained here, simply visit the website, right click on the video and change the Streching on the contextual menu.
Using "exactfit" or "uniform", you will see the "soft hack" performed here.
Zach, do you have any update on this logo hiding situation ?

Note that this technic does not work anymore with the latest version of the player...
