Stream can't play

I'm the free account for JW7. I can play the stream before. Recently I test this function again, I found it works wrong. and it returns me "Error loading player: noplayable sources found".

I use wowza to generate the stream, something like this: rtmp://54.173.168.172:1935/dong-s-virtual-event-1/vod-3 (this stream can play in the wowza server. ) I want to know, does the free account still support to play the stream like above? If yes, do you have any idea why I can't play this stream. I can make sure this stream is working. (But it will be stopped when the stream is end.)

This works for me in our JW Player Stream Tester – do you have Flash enabled on the browser?

My adobe flash didn't enabled for that website. It works now. Thank you very much.
