4 seconds of poor quality

Hi, I'm looping a 9 second video using embed code on a WP site.
http://www.rossiterandco.com/jw-test/
Problem: The 1st 4 seconds is poor quality.
The source file is fine. The versions on JW are fine.
I knew it might play badly the first time - but on every loop it's still bad.
I've been using vimeo for background looping video. I've just come to JW as I hoped it'd be better. The speed is faster - but the quality not as good.
Where can I look for help with this?
Many thanks, Linda

With HLS videos, our player loads the first quality listed in the HLS manifest. The player will then upshift to a higher quality if the viewer’s bandwidth or width of the player allows for a higher quality.

HLS streams generated by our Platform list the 270p variant first and our streams are also delivered in 4 second segments. This is why you see a lower quality (270p) for the first 4 seconds when you play the video before the stream upshifts based on your bandwidth.

Please see http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1430189-about-hls-streaming for more details.
