Getting error in jwplayer 8 "Error loading media: File could not be played".

This usually means you are trying to load a file in a nonsupported format in JW Player. A common case is the loading of a .wmv video, or a .mov video that doesn’t use the H264 video codec. See Supported Media Formats for the list of formats the player supports. JW8 does not support YouTube or RTMP formats.

jw7 mobilde does not open properly. jw8 YouTube does not accept video. What should we do? How do I use JW Player for YouTube videos?

What do you mean does not open properly? What is the error you are receiving, do you have a reproduction link?
