I get a 404 error when I try to load that page.

What is the URL of the video you are trying to play in our player?

Does the video play correctly in our Stream Tester at https://developer.jwplayer.com/tools/stream-tester/ ?

Sorry, where is the code that you are using to embed our player? I do not see any JW Player libraries loaded at http://hdvid.tv/rupbsm42g8op

Are you trying to embed videos on your site? Or are you trying to watch videos that others have embedded?

I see the error. The first thing I want to see is if that MP4 URL plays natively in Chrome without our player on the page.

Do you have access to the code that is calling our player’s setup() ?
