Supported Video File Formats

Hi,

According to this: https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403635-media-format-reference
the supported video file formats are MP4 and WebM.

I have, however, been able to upload videos with .flv and .avi extensions. What am I missing here?
