JW player not working with Live Science website
On the livescience.com website videos always report a timeout error. How do I correct this? Other media works OK.

My name is Timoor Kurdi and I’m a Support Engineer at JW Player.
The “Setup Timeout Error” usually occurs if there are a lot of other scripts running on the page that would slow down the setup of the player. With that being said, when I access your link, I am unable to reproduce the issue, as I did not see the player embedded anywhere so I cannot know for sure.
Are you upgraded to the latest version of the player? The timeout for the player setup is 30 seconds if after that there is a network issue on the side of the end user such as poor network connection or bandwidth the player timing out is expected behavior.
