Various questions

Hello. I have a few questions if you don't mind. First, I own three different websites, each with small but growing traffic. Is it possible for me to have three separate starter accounts, one for each website? Also, what happens when I exceed the 50,000 plays per month? Does my account lock preventing my visitors from streaming the content? Do the video players still keep streaming and I am charged per byte over the 50,000 views? If so, what is the price structure for traffic that exceeds the initial 50,000 views? I am possibly transferring to JW from Cincopa, as when I exceeded the bandwidth for my account with cincopa, they locked my account which crashed one of my sites for 28 hours. That is a lot of lost revenue unfortunately. Thank you very much for your time.

Publishers are limited to one (1) account.

Plays are the total count of plays of all content across all players associated with your account (self-hosted and cloud-hosted). This metric resets at the beginning of each month.

The limit for Plays is a soft limit, meaning your account and players will remain active even if you pass your monthly limit. Unlike streaming limits, where the players are disabled once the limit is reached and are re-enabled on the 1st of the following month when the limit resets. We review Plays per account individually; if there’s a pattern of exceeding the limits our Overages team will reach out about upgrading.
