HD options are not showing up

Hi everyone,

I stored all my HD videos on AWS, and I added the links into my JWPlayer account, but it seems like the videos I upload to my JWPlayer account has the HD option, but the ones with links from AWS don't have the HD option?

How can I make all the videos have the HD option?

The HD button appears if there are two or more file qualities available. We generate a HLS stream for any content you upload to the platform, therefore more than one video quality will available and. The AWS URLs are just MP4s.
