How to download my videos?
I have uploaded these videos and lost them on my computer, fortunately they are uploaded here.

Our platform does not contain functionality that would enable you to download your originally uploaded videos. We highly recommend customers keep a copy of their uploaded videos for this very reason.
A workaround for this would be to enable a “passthrough” conversion of the content, which is essentially taking the originally uploaded video and moving it to a customer-accessible point on our CDN. There are two very important things to keep in mind, however:
1. Passthrough conversions take up storage on our CDN so they do count against any storage limits you have on your account.
2. The passthrough conversion will be renamed so it will not have the same file name as it did when you uploaded it.
