I'm trying to figure out exactly how you have us rated at 1.32 million plays when we have zero content hosted with or streamed through your service. We already paid for the standlone player license, so are you trying to bill us again for number of plays through the standalone player?

We’re the technical support team here, but I let me check with our Billing team and get back to you.

We answer most of the billing questions from customers with the e-commerce plans (Starter, Business, etc, as well as the older Free and Premium) and then escalate the other ones.

The response I got from them is that self-hosting the player or your video content does not mean you are exempt from the terms of service you agreed to when you renewed your license in July 2016. You can see these terms at https://www.jwplayer.com/jw6-tos/

Looks like your Premium account was not renewed in July 2017, so it was downgraded to Free at that time.
