JWplayer videos will not load

HI, I m not a developer or video uploader. I am just a person and I hope you can help me. There is a website called vidzi and none of their videos will load for me. I have no trouble with any other videos on any other site. When I right click on the video there is a logo that says "powered by JWPlayer." There is no error message, the little round thingy just spins and spins - I can leave it for 20 minutes and it never loads. My question is, do I need a special player on my computer to play your videos? I have looked for a consumer version of your player and can't figure out if there is one - it seems like your product is for developers. If there is a consumer version, can you give me the download link please. OR, Are there some settings on Firefox that I should check that might be preventing jwplayer videos from loading? Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. I have FF 57, and java and flash are up to date.

I would be happy to assist you. It seems that that specific video file is not valid. Perhaps the video file no longer exists. I recommend that you contact the web site’s administrator with this issue. We would be happy to assist that individual in resolving the error.
