How do you try your product without jumping in for a $60 yearly contract? I found your free plan here https://www.jwplayer.com/plans/free/ but when I click sign-up now I only have options for Start for just $5/month. Even a trial period before locking in would make more sense. Right now I have no other option than to find another player.

So I guess I am confused. I can not log in or reset my password nor have I gotten any account information/confirmation emailed to me. Can you send something to my email account so I can confirm if it was my business or personal account that I signed up with and then be able to login in? To be clear - every time I go to create an account I can't get past the - sign up for 12 mos and pay $60 - for the player or dev sites. I'm not sure this needs to be this hard to get a trial of your product.
