unable to stream videos powered by jwplayer
Hi, I am NOT a developer and have no idea how to resolve this so I appreciate your help.
When I encounter a video "powered by jwplayer" and I try to stream it.it will not load. The circle thing-y twirls around - I can leave it for ten minutes or more - and nothing ever happens.
Am I supposed to have a jwplayer? I looked around this website and can't find a player for consumers, just for developers. I stream all other videos just fine, without having any specific players on my computer. I use the most recent version of Firefox, and Java is up to date, Flash is up to date.
