Switching to HTML 5

My understanding is that the JWPlayer would switch over to HTML5 if Flash was not available. Would this not be the case if the error message "Flash Plugin Failed To Load" occurs? And how does the server (in this case, Wowza) know to switch to HTML5 as well?

In JW 7 we would not fallback to HTML5 form a flash error. If you are using Wowza, I recommend you simply do not use any flash-based formats at this point and stick with HLS. With the release of JW 8 in a few days there will be no support of flash at all unless you are in Windows 7 in IE 11.
