On devices player is not Working

HI Team,

On one click player is not working on devices, but second click its playing.

Requirement is on first click it as to play.

Am using version 5.10.2295

I’m afraid JW 5 has not been supported for some time. You will want to sign up for an account so you can start using JW 7. I would even recommend you create a JW 8 beta player and start testing with that as we will be releasing JW 8 later this month.
