I cancelled my account because my free trial never started but still got charged
I signed up to upgrade my account, given the possibility that I had a 14 day trial but never got the free trial upgrade.
I tried to cancel my upgrade but was never given the option to cancel this, therefore I deleted my account from JWPlayer but still got charged today.
How can I contact you to get my money refunded if you don't offer any way to contact you?
