I'm Max working as Product Owner in Chaumet (Paris).
I made some tests to try our player but I do have a problem : when lauching the video, the quality is very low by default.
I tried to put some queries to force better quality in the iframe, but still the same.
Do you have a solution to force a better quality by default ?

Thank you for reviewing our player. I assume you are referring to the playback behavior with an HLS video file. If so, we intentionally start playback with a lower quality to accommodate your viewers with poor network connectivity. This behavior improves your video’s time to first frame. This is also the default behavior of other players like YouTube.
However, we are exploring a feature request to allow you as the developer to select a higher quality level as your default quality level.
